Red Nucleus’s UNIFY Learning platform has been instrumental in accommodating clients who felt the need to change learning management systems (LMS) and had a short turnaround time to make such a big adjustment. In one example, a small start-up preparing for its first product launch found that its LMS platform, access to which was purchased through another vendor, was not meeting its expectations.

This is a difficult situation for any company, but for a start-up where every bit of budget matters and launching on time is a MUST, they needed a great partner to intervene with a great solution. The UNIFY team stepped in with leadership, expertise, and the ability to deliver, eliminating the third-party middle-man scenario. With approximately 3 months to product launch, UNIFY Learning’s “quick start” option enabled their training system to get up and running in a straightforward manner. The UNIFY development team partnered with the administrators to implement the framework of the new LMS, pick a name, and provide necessary administrator training and support. As the administrators began to populate the content, the UNIFY team added branding to ensure that the learners would engage with an interface reflecting the client’s preference for color scheme and logos.

Dave Noonan (Senior Director, Business Development) explains that this partnership’s success in configuring the learning journey has led to a satisfied client who is renewing their contract. The client shared that they saw the UNIFY customer team as an expert partner, helping to harness the power of UNIFY Learning through training, strategic thinking, and responsive support. The UNIFY Learning platform was well received by the learners in the field and exceeded expectations regarding ease of use and administration. Rather than feeling intimidating like the other platform they had experienced, UNIFY Learning proved to be a welcome change.

Dave summarizes that,

“What makes UNIFY such a powerful tool for our partners is that it offers such a rich set of features and functionality for learning leaders to engage their teams, in a single platform that is sleek, modern, intuitive, and easy to use. Truly the best of both worlds.”
