Release Details
Ratings Module Updates
Several updates to the ratings module were performed as we continue to enhance the data we collect.
Ratings Management
The recent update to the ratings management table enhances its usability for managing and tracking the progress of rater assignments. With the addition of a search and filter function, users can quickly locate and review specific assignments with greater ease.

Assignment Preview
The assignment preview feature enables users to easily check the status and responses of an assignment without the need to navigate to the reports section.

Adjudication
Sponsors now have the option to activate adjudication, enabling users to assign a task to another rater for assessment. Moreover, the system will automatically identify any inconsistencies in multiple-choice questions that can either undergo adjudication or be disregarded.

Close Individual Assignments
Individual assignments with a non-completed status may now be individually closed if not needed for the study.

Video Call & File Assignments
Our latest update includes the ability to generate rating assignments utilizing PDFs, image files, and video call recordings of participants.
Additional Updates
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement
To comply with relevant laws and regulations in the United States and around the globe, we have revised our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreements. In recognition of the significance of these agreements, we now require all users and participants to review each document thoroughly and scroll to the bottom to indicate their acceptance or rejection. This replaces the previous simple checkbox format.
Mobile Timeout
As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding privacy, we have consistently incorporated a standard timeout feature that automatically logs out users when they exit the mobile application.
In the latest release, we have upgraded the timeout capabilities of our mobile app to preserve the user's session for a designated period. This means that users can resume their activities on the app from the same location where they left off previously.
Asset Management
To streamline the process of managing submissions, we have introduced a new feature that enables users to move individual assets directly from the portal. This is especially useful in cases where a participant has inadvertently submitted under the wrong assessment, for instance, a ‘Walking’ assessment video submitted under ‘Standing Up’.
